About us
Art glass Atelier Glass Design was founded by Verginia Velcheva in the summer of 2007 and offers handmade works by melting (fusing) and bending (slumping) of glass in a special high-temperature kiln. All works are produced in a single copy, and are unique.
In addition to different colorless and colored glasses in the production of works are used lead-free paints and enamels, different kinds of metals (aluminum, silver, brass, copper, etc.) and high-tech glasses with effects from leading manufacturers in the world.
Atelier Glass Design paying attention the environment and tries wherever possible to develop special projects for recycling of used and broken glass and thereby to turns trash glass into art.
During the years Atelier Glass Design has become not only an attractive place for the fans of glass, but a real second home for many artists who work with glass.
